Just a short 5-10 minute drive away, you'll find the renowned Kailua Beach. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this private residence is home to two friendly small dogs.
The upstairs apartment provides easy access to the ocean, along with a designated area to store your own kayak or stand-up paddleboard. Alternatively, feel free to use one of the available SUPs or kayaks on-site, allowing you to launch right from your doorstep. Within minutes, you can paddle out and immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the bay—a truly serene piece of paradise!
After your ocean adventure, rinse off in the outdoor shower, hang your wet gear to dry, and perhaps take a rejuvenating nap in the air-conditioned studio apartment before exploring the charming towns of Kaneohe and Kailua, both just a short 5-minute drive away. Discover a wide range of restaurants catering to various budgets. The private en-suite bathroom offers a bathtub and a shower, along with fresh bath & beach towels, hairdryer, plus shampoo and conditioner.
If you're in the mood for a culinary experience, stock up on fresh produce at the local farmers market (available three times per week) and prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher.
Should you wish to venture out and explore, Kaneohe serves as the perfect central location. Despite Oahu being just 40 miles from tip to tip, you can easily navigate the entire island. Honolulu and Waikiki are only a half-hour drive away. As your on-site hosts, we are here to help you uncover and appreciate the wonders of our beautiful island.
The owners live on-site and are available to answer any questions and provide local insights. We have two friendly small dogs on the premises, but they don't have access to your space.

Free cancellation up to 91 day(s) before arrival, then 10% cancellation fee up to 31 day(s) before arrival, then 20% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation after confirmation of booking results in forfeiture of the deposit.
CANCELLATION after the balance is paid ( 30 days prior to arrival ) results in forfeiture of any collected money, except the guest s security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable).
Collected money is non-refundable unless the home becomes unfit for habitation and no equivalent substitute can be obtained or the property and the entire length of stay reserved is re-booked at the same rate. If a portion of the rental time is re-booked at the same rate, a pro-rata refund will be made. All refunds of rental services payments, whether complete or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction equal to as much as 20% of deposit(s) paid.
To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to assure refund of deposits paid.
Any CHANGES made to a booking after a confirmation has been issued will be assessed a $50.00 service fee. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by Affordable Paradise and the homeowner.
This rental agreement is being entered into and shall be performed in the state of Hawaii, which shall be the proper venue for any legal proceedings concerning this agreement.
Affordable Paradise strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance, as this will be the only way to recover deposits made and other expenses incurred should a cancellation become necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCELLATION after confirmation of booking results in forfeiture of the initial reservation deposit.
Cancellations received when a reservation is paid in full will be refunded on a prorate bases, based on our ability to rebook the canceled days, less the initial reservation deposit.
To safeguard your travel expense, it is recommended that you protect yourself with Travel Insurance.
To protect your vacation, we do not overbook our rentals. In turn, we ask that you reserve an accommodation only for the dates you are willing to pay for.
Any changes made to a booking after a confirmation has been issued will be assessed a $50.00 alteration fee. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by home owner / property manager.
Affordable Paradise role in any transaction is limited to being an intermediary between the Owner or Property Manager and the Traveler. We do not own or manage, nor do we contract for, any vacation rental property advertised on the Site. Instead, the Site acts as a venue to allow owners and property managers who advertise on our Site to rent a specific vacation rental property to potential renters. We may be an intermediary for a transaction between Travelers and Vendors and provide technology that relates to a rental booking, such as a tool to enable a traveler to enter into a transaction to rent a specific property directly from a vendor. As a result, any part of an actual or potential transaction between a Traveler and a Vendor, including the quality, safety or legality of the properties advertised, the truth or accuracy of the postings (including the content thereof or any property or traveler review), the ability of Vendors to rent a vacation property or the ability of Travelers to pay for vacation rental properties are solely the responsibility of each User.
