This entire studio, spanning 556 square feet, underwent a refreshing renovation in January 2024, offering a new and tropical ambiance. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean, just two houses away through our private beach access. At night, let the ocean serenade you.
Take advantage of our hot water outside shower and relax in the tropical private yard with a table and chairs. Sip cocktails or dine under the Hawaiian moon and stars – the perfect way to embrace the island spirit.
Our friendly private street is home to several beach vacation rentals. A leisurely stroll down the beach leads you to a charming neighborhood store offering groceries, wine, beer, and delightful coffee drinks. They even have a deli with great picnic dishes. Kailua town, with its fantastic shops and restaurants, is just a 5-minute drive away.
House Rules to Ensure a Harmonious Stay
Children must be 7 years or older.
Smoking is not allowed on our property.
Please maintain low noise levels in the evening as we cherish our quiet neighborhood.
For privacy reasons, use the pool between 11 am and 6 pm, as our house interior is visible from the backyard. A private front yard is always available for guests to enjoy.
This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for period of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time regardless of actual occupancy.

Cancelation policy
Free cancellation up to 365 day(s) before arrival, then 20% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation after confirmation of booking results in forfeiture of the deposit.
CANCELLATION after the balance is paid ( 30 days prior to arrival ) results in forfeiture of any collected money, except the guest s security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable).
Collected money is non-refundable unless the home becomes unfit for habitation and no equivalent substitute can be obtained or the property and the entire length of stay reserved is re-booked at the same rate. If a portion of the rental time is re-booked at the same rate, a pro-rata refund will be made. All refunds of rental services payments, whether complete or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction equal to as much as 20% of deposit(s) paid.
To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to assure refund of deposits paid.
Any CHANGES made to a booking after a confirmation has been issued will be assessed a $50.00 service fee. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by Affordable Paradise and the homeowner.
This rental agreement is being entered into and shall be performed in the state of Hawaii, which shall be the proper venue for any legal proceedings concerning this agreement.
Affordable Paradise strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance, as this will be the only way to recover deposits made and other expenses incurred should a cancellation become necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCELLATION after confirmation of booking results in forfeiture of the initial reservation deposit.
Cancellations received when a reservation is paid in full will be refunded on a prorate bases, based on our ability to rebook the canceled days, less the initial reservation deposit.
To safeguard your travel expense, it is recommended that you protect yourself with Travel Insurance.
To protect your vacation, we do not overbook our rentals. In turn, we ask that you reserve an accommodation only for the dates you are willing to pay for.
Any changes made to a booking after a confirmation has been issued will be assessed a $50.00 alteration fee. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by home owner / property manager.
Affordable Paradise role in any transaction is limited to being an intermediary between the Owner or Property Manager and the Traveler. We do not own or manage, nor do we contract for, any vacation rental property advertised on the Site. Instead, the Site acts as a venue to allow owners and property managers who advertise on our Site to rent a specific vacation rental property to potential renters. We may be an intermediary for a transaction between Travelers and Vendors and provide technology that relates to a rental booking, such as a tool to enable a traveler to enter into a transaction to rent a specific property directly from a vendor. As a result, any part of an actual or potential transaction between a Traveler and a Vendor, including the quality, safety or legality of the properties advertised, the truth or accuracy of the postings (including the content thereof or any property or traveler review), the ability of Vendors to rent a vacation property or the ability of Travelers to pay for vacation rental properties are solely the responsibility of each User.
