Jasmine house has a large attached 1 bedroom Apartment located in the heart of Kailua five minutes from the beach.

The cottage is very light and airy and newly renovated with cool ceramic tile throughout. There is a full kitchen with a gas range. The separate bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and garden views with entrance into the courtyard. The family room has an eating area and sitting area, with a double futon, and a large closet. The family room also has an entrance into the courtyard.

The cottage has its own private, gated entrance, with a very private fenced courtyard and yard The outside has a sitting area with a gas barbeque. The yard has shade from a giant Monkey pod tree and lots of tropical flora. Parking is just outside. The cottage sleeps 2-4. No pets. No smoking.
