Bay Drive Cottage - Kaneohe

This one bedroom cottage although attached to the owner's residence, has its own separate entry through a lattice fenced arbor and private patio garden. The sitting room is furnished in charming vintage Hawaiian rattan and includes a new 19" color remote TV, tall bookshelf, tall, Asian paper lantern, convertible table/desk with end storage drawers, a sofa with side table and lamp, 2 lounge chairs and an ottoman.

The sliding glass doors and large slider window in the sitting room face the trade winds and provide good ventilation from the garden side of the cottage.

The kitchen has a full size built-in refrigerator-freezer, panty cupboards and sink. It is outfitted with the basic kitchen utensils, dishes and flatware for four, glasses, hotplate, toaster, toaster-oven, coffee maker and microwave.

The bathroom has a couple large wall mirrors, tiled shower stall with 2 grab bars and flexible shower head, as well as towels and bathmat.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with good-looking vintage Hawaiian print 'punee" style cover, large matching throw pillows and bolster. There is a single folding, dense foam futon that can be put down in the living room floor.

There are two shelving units, a bedside table with lamp, as well as an overhead ceiling fan/light. A small window air conditioner services the bedroom if needed.

This cottage has a wonderful location on the bus line to Honolulu through either Kailua town or Kaneohe. We are 5 houses from the Kaneohe Yacht Club if you are a sailing enthusiast, and approximately three miles to world renown Kailua Beach, offering windsurfing, kite surfing, kayaking swimming or beachcombing a beautiful long beach and a great place to just go for a walk.
