Procedure

Use our web site to select vacation rentals of your liking, and submit your travel dates, number of guests, and contact information. After we have received and processed your entered information you will receive a rental offer from us in the form of an email containing information about availability and price.

Reply to us via email, or phone letting us know whether you accept the rental offer. After we have received your reply we will send you a rental agreement via email. The rental agreement will contain the rental policy and detailed instructions regarding payment and deposit.

After we have received your deposit we will send you a booking confirmation via email.

Payment

A 20% deposit payable to Affordable Paradise is required to confirm your reservation and guarantee your booking. A $15 service fee will be charged in addition.

You may pay the deposit with a Visa or Mastercard using our secure form.

Depending on the requirements from the host the remaining amount is payable by Visa or MasterCard, cash, travelers check, or money order 30 day's prior to arrival.

Host Requirements

Some of the hosts do have special booking conditions. You will find these printed on your booking confirmation.
Depending on which island you are visiting, and size of rental you are interested in, this will affect the minimum stay requirement. Many of our hosts have a minimum stay between 3 to 7 days.
